eighteen.

Whole30 DAY 1
Our homeschool day of the week AND whole 30 count down board
BREAKFAST
organic eggs with organic baby spinach, 
roasted organic carrots and an organic kiwi
and green tea with jasmine
Comments: Little Love and I found that we got hungry about an hour later.
 We'll need to up our protein intake at breakfast. 
We were out running errands and luckily I had thought 
to bring some pecans (the only nut I had) and 
some shredded unsweetened coconut to snack on 
until we could get home and make lunch.

LUNCH
organic baby kale and spinach
sweet potatoes sauteed in coconut oil
organic pink lady apple
Little Love's lunch
My lunch
Comments: We stayed full well until we started cooking dinner 
which happened to be after W and I finished our yard
work project we started this weekend.

DINNER
Grilled 100% grass-fed beef wrapped in 
organic romaine lettuce with homemade
mango salsa (organic mango, avocado, organic tomatoes, jalapeno)
Comments: Went to bed feeling good! No heavy feeling from 
to much sugar, or grains. 

Overall the first day was a great success! Now I'm happily awaiting for the two big girls to get back from the farm to join the fun.
